There are various kinds of paper packaging products in our daily life, among which cartons are the most popularly used ones. Cartons can be used for vegetable storage, shoes storage, food storage, and apparel packaging etc. As a carton products supplier, we would particularly suggest our customers to pay more attention to the aspects listed below before placing formal orders.

Firstly, we suggest our customers provide exact dimensional request on the cartons. Outer size and inner size are important to be taken into consideration to determine the right dimension of the cartons. To provide right size information including length, width and height of the cartons helps complete the right product in the first place. For a three-layer carton, its thickness is around 3.5mm; while for a five-layer carton, its thickness is around 7mm. Before contacting us, it would be helpful if our customers could measure the dimension of the requested cartons and provide detailed information to have at least a general idea of the cartons.

Secondly, we suggest our customers provide weight information of the target goods. Heavier goods would require more layers of the corrugated paper to form stronger cartons. And knowing how much they expect to spend on the cartons would help us recommend the right cartons to our customers. Sometimes, the customers’ budget plan is the major concern of making the cartons because it determines the carton materials to be used.

Thirdly, we suggest our customers get to us with detailed requests on how many colors they want. The designing effect would be based on the description of customer request. If customers know what they really want and how they want that happens, that would be a great help during the process of communicating and delivering their ideas to reality. Once the designing is put into mass production, the printing effect gets to be final. If any other requests brought up after that, the cost would not be the same. Therefore, we suggest our customers do a thorough study before putting their ideas to formal orders.

Last but not least, we suggest customers to place orders with preferred images or photos of the cartons they want. The images or photos would help us with a general idea instead of spending much time finding out customers’ demand. With several rounds of communications and modifications of our designs, customers would finally get a satisfactory proposal before sampling begins. And after sampling confirmed, formal mass production would be started.
