Carton boxes as one of the major outer packaging methods are very important to the customers. Shoe box, wine box, shipping box, mailing box, archive box, fruit packaigng box, house moving box are all commonly seen. And its printing quality should be highly emphasized. No.1 Quality concern caused by improper joint of stamping and printing machinery. When the cylinder head, the roller head, the transmission shaft, the gear and the important parts associated with the stamping are worn, the plate roller or the roller will slide during the stamping process. Because of the unstable pressure, the plate and the paperboard are not in normal contact, resulting in the paste or partial image and text imprinting on the printed surface of the paperboard. The solution is to find out the exact location of the fault, take corresponding measures to deal with it, and repair the worn and loose parts.

No.2 Quality concern caused by improper adjustment of pressure roller. The contact of paperboard would become too tight or too loose, or even dirty plate, partial printing would happen if the pressure roller goes too high or too low. In this case, the pressure roller should be re-adjusted to the proper position to make sure the gap between the pressure roller and the roller is suitable for the thickness of the plate.

No.3 Quality concern caused by improper inking roller. When the inking roller head gets loosen, or its body gets bent, deformed or damaged, dirty layout or unclear printing of image or text would happen. It is necessary to find out the cause and take corresponding measures to maintain a uniform and appropriate contact condition between the ink roller and the printing plate. Only by replacing the damaged inking roller can the fault be eliminated.

No 4 Quality concern caused by uneven thickness of corrugated paper board. If dents occur to surface of the formed corrugated board out of artificial damage, it will be very likely to lead to unclear imprints. In order to avoid unclear printing, the corrugated board should be handled with care during stacking and handling meanwhile the stacking height should be taken care of. And improper handling habits should be corrected.

No.5 Quality failure caused by uneven thickness of the plates. When the thickness of the rubber plate is not even, the height of plates could be differenet. To avoid this, the sporadic plate making method can be adopted to make the plate into several small pieces. The same plate is recommended to be adopted in making them to make sure that the thickness difference is relatively small. As for the existing rubber plate, more adhesive layers can be applied to the back of the target place to make it up so that the uniformity of the plate can be achieved.
