For custom orders, we offer one-on-one designing service if custom designing is needed. If customers come with designing files, they should come in CDR, TIF, AI, or PSD format, with resolution ratio no less than 300 DPI and letters transformed to curves.

Generally speaking, the paper thickness of paper bags range from 157g to 350g. And the thickness of paper bags is mainly determined by the weight capacity that the paper bags are designed. For thickness more than 350g, we will provide best solutions to our customers as well. 

We have many printing equipments to ensure printing quality, such as Heidelberger Printing Presses with printing area up to 720 mm x 1020 mm. We have well trained workers to operate these equipments to make sure of high quality color delivering.

Besides, we offer decorative crafts for example, glossy lamination, matte lamination, gold stamping, silver stamping, embossing and debossing, UV printing, bag eyeleting and so on. And to protect the paper bags, plastic coating is available as well, which looks more elegant and classy.

White card bags are strong and smooth with high bursting strength. White card in 210g is most frequently used in bag making. The printed white card bags are vivid in color and feel good with hands. 

Compared with white card bags, coated paper bags are less stiff than white card bags but exceed in whiteness and glossiness. Coated paper bags present vivid images too. Its popular thickness range from 128g to 300g for options.
