A Yes, in-stock samples are for free. Only express cost is charged. And the sample will get to you within 3-5 days.

A Sample cost $50-$200 is expected for the normal custom sample. You will get the sample in 1 week.
And it's refundable after formal purchase order placed.

A Normally, 12-30 days from the date when the order is placed.

A AI/ PDF/ PSD/ CDR/ EPS/ JPG/ TIF are ok. To ensure the best quality, files in a resolution of minimum 300 dpi is recommended.

A Yes. A digital proof will be available within 1 working day after order placed, with expected logo printed on it.
